About Us
Welcome to Pronto Planning! We are a convenience-based service that assists you in sourcing items for parties, school events, gifts and more. We work with trusted third-party vendors to bring you curated solutions tailored to your needs. As busy moms ourselves, we pride ourselves on helping other busy parents/people organize and navigate their busy schedules.
Our Services
We assist in sourcing and recommending products however please note that we do not manufacture or keep stock of the items ourselves. Therefore products may be subject to availability, price changes and delivery schedules of our trusted third parties. We take it upon ourselves to notify our clients immediately should it not be possible to fulfill orders to the clients' specifications as certain factors are beyond our control. We always aim to deliver the best possible outcome.
Delivery
We are based in Cape Town and deliver nationwide within 3-5 working days. We aim for sooner rather than later.
Please note that Standard Delivery starts at R90 (inclusive of VAT).
Free standard shipping will automatically be applied to orders over R750.
We do our utmost to ensure timely delivery however please note that delivery timeframes are subject to supplier stock availability and courier services therefore any delays due to third parties may occur as they are beyond our control but we will always keep you updated on any potential issues.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens and plans change so... here's how we can help: Cancellations made within 24hrs are eligible for a full refund.
After 24hrs, the sourcing has already begun and we can no longer offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, still in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Should the item(s) arrive to you in a poor or unacceptable condition, we kindly request that photographic evidence be taken of the item(s), the package the item(s) arrived in and the waybill document within 24hrs of receiving your order. Please contact us via email in such a case. The return address will be sent to you. Once the return has been received and inspected we will notify you of the approval of your return and process your refund within 5 working days. Please note only reasonable return requests will be considered for approval.
Payments
All payments must be made in full before your order is confirmed. We accept credit card payments. The facility has been set up on our website for your convenience. Should you wish to make an EFT please email us to arrange this.
Limitation of Liability
Pronto Planning is not liable for any of the following:

The quality or safety of the third-party items. We will provide the product exactly as advertised on our website. Should there be any issues that fall within our control, we endeavour to do our best to resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

Any damages, losses or inconvenience resulting from the vendor or courier errors.
